Enduring Hearts Fornite Heartpack

The first ever charitable side quest inside Fortnite.

In video games, a heart means extra life. In real life, more than 10,000 children are waiting for a heart transplant - and nearly 1 in 5 won’t survive without one. For many, their only “power-up” is a mechanical heart backpack that keeps them alive while they wait.

To drive awareness, Enduring Hearts launched The Heartpack - the first-ever charitable side quest inside Fortnite’s Super Pet World. Players built a mechanical heart backpack through gameplay, learning how transplant technology sustains children - inside a platform played by over 60 million people daily.
